Animal Cookies Card

Here is another circle card...super easy and super cute, using "Wishes". I used the CTMH Animal Cookies paper kit. I also used the C1360, "Its a Zoo" stamp set. Peachy Heart hugs, Debbie

Cracked Glass Card

This pretty card was created by Lynita, one of my downline and a member of one of my card clubs. This card features the "Cracked Glass" technique, which takes some time to do, but is very easy. I'd be glad to show you or send you directions. Lynita used D1204, Delight in Everything. This stamp set is so much fun to use. You just have to smile using it, and smile looking at Lynita's artwork. Peachy Heart hugs to you, Debbie

10 Reasons I Love Spring

I made these layouts using CTMH's "Paper Garden" papers and cardstock in Sweet Leaf, Blush, Colonial White and Petal.
I used D1341, the March Stamp of the Month, Butterfly Wings. I printed the numbers off on the strips on my PC and cut the strips. I used Liquid Glass to highlight the butterfly images. Hope the LO inspires you. I plan to use this LO with some photos taken at Calloway Gardens. Happy Springtime! Peachy Heart hugs to you, Debbie

Circle Card

Here is a wonderful Circle Card made with the CTMH Bella papers. Circle cards are fast and so much fun. I used "Wishes", one of the "how-to" books by Jeanette Lynton. A CD is included with the book (in the back) and you can print out the templates on bond paper and use over and over again or you can print them directly onto your CTMH cardstock, sized to fit in your printer.
Jeanette has given us many different sketch and theme samples and the book; it is very inspiring. Peachy heart hugs, Debbie

More To Adore Assortment

These cards are made with the CTMH papers "More To Adore". I love the pink and brown combination, don't you? Hope they inspired you. Peachy Heart Hugs, Debbie

Hooray!

Here is a Congratulations card I made previously with the CTMH Caprice papers. Pretty aren't they? Peachy heart hugs, Debbie

Noah is Ten!

I made this card for my nephew Noah (for his 10th birthday party this coming weekend) and I think it is super cute. I used the 6 x 6 envelope template from the new "Wishes" how-to book by Jeanette Lynton.
I used the CTMH Tinkerin' papers and Tinkerin' colors of Clover Meadow, Sunflower, Twilight and Sunny Yellow. The images on the Tinkerin' B&T match up perfectly with images in the stamp sets.
Here is the simple inside sentiment. The stamp sets I used were C1354, Robot Power and B1321, Reach for the stars. These sets lend themselves well to birthday cards.I enjoyed making this card and I hope Noah enjoys his party as much. Happy 10th Birthday Noah! Peachy Heart hugs, Debbie

Happy First Birthday!

Happy Birthday!! Here is a simple layout celebrating a First Birthday. I used pretty pastel colors from the CTMH Sweet Harmony paper kit. The sketch is another one from "Cherish". Hope it inspires you. Peachy heart hugs, Debbie

Field Trip Clipboards

Talking about Teacher gifts...here is another I made previously for one of Amanda's teachers. It's a clipboard she can use for field trips. The tabs on the front flip up for her to insert the list of student names attending and emergency contact numbers and the second one is for directions or other info. The little tin is for change, tickets or bandaids. I used the CTMH "School Zone" paper kit, which features the wonderful colors of Clover Meadow, Sunflower, Outdoor Denim and Cranberry. Cute huh? Peachy heart hugs, Debbie

Teacher's Notes

What crafter does not love to recycle? I stongly feel that we should be frugal as crafters and use our resources wisely. Teaching my L2L kids, I remind them often that we must be good stewards of God's blessings. So here is a wonderful altered project, which includes a cute charm from a broken bracelet and also a random stamped scrap of White Daisy cardstock...two recycled items on my project. I love to do composition books, especially with kids. I also did a composition book project at one of our retreats, and each lady wrote messages to the other ladies. A wonderful memory jogger for all attendees. This sample was made for Amanda's teacher. I hope she enjoys it, and you too. Peachy heart hugs, Debbie

This is My Father's World

My friend Mandy hosted a music swap. Her swap inspired me to host a Hymn Swap. This is one of my layouts for that swap. I love the hymn, "This is my Father's World" so of course I had to use it for one of my slots.
I actually love this hymn so much, I changed the words and made a personalized song, one for my son and one for my daughter that I sang to them when they were babies. Of course, I do still sing it for Amanda. I hope you let the music you love inspire you to create some artwork reflective of your life.
Happy paper crafting! Peachy heart hugs, Debbie

Heart Strings Inspiration

This card is inspired from Jennette Lynton's "how to" book entitled, "Originals". I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, all of Jennette's books. You can check them out at my website http://debbietaylor.myctmh.com/ This card was inspired by the card sketch "heartstrings". Have fun lifting it to make your own creation. Peachy heart hugs, Debbie

Flag Favorite

I Love America and anything Red, White and Blue...so you just know I love this card. Using CTMH colors of Outdoor Denim, Holiday Red and White Daisy, this card highlights first and second-generation stamping. If you are not familiar with this technique, I'd be glad to explain it by sending you instructions or showing you how. You can also go to my website and look at the "CTMH TV" link to view several webisodes that highlight this technique. Enjoy! Peachy Heart hugs, Debbie

Watermelon Greetings

This random stamped card has a watermelon theme, and nothing says "Summer" like watermelon. I used CTMH's White Daisy, Black, Citrus Leaf and Watermelon colors. CTMH has several really cute watermelon stamp sets, including: Summer Picnic, Watermelon Picnic and Summer Sweetness. For more info about these products, please ask. If you are local, you are welcome to come scrap with me and borrow these or other stamps. Have fun creating! Peachy Heart hugs, Debbie

Be Yourself

I made this super cute card with some of the Emporium papers. (Love the colors and patterns in that paper kit!!) I also used the CTMH Stamp of the Month from May 09, Be Yourself. It has wonderful images of woman and very encouraging descriptive word labels. If you would like to know more about these products, just let me know. I hope something here inspires you to create a cute card of your own today! Peachy Heart hugs, Debbie

"This is the Life"

Here is a super cute layout (inspired by friend and fellow consultant Stephanie M.)that could be used for pool party photos or pics from that great cruise you just got back from!

I used CTMH papers from the Moon Doggie kit and also Desert Sand, Bamboo, White Daisy and Cranberry cardstock. I will be doing this layout, tweaked some, at a gathering this weekend. Club Artwork - July 2009

I hope you are enjoying July! My family and I have been really busy with fun summer activities...
Here are the layouts my Word Puzzle scrappers made for July. What a great time we had. We had a new member Friday night -- what fun we had with the addition of Ms Sandy. Welcome Sandy!
The first layout we made was a watermelon theme...good for those photos of fun summer nights capped off with sweet watermelon or maybe for pictures from your last picnic or family reunion where you ate watermelon then had a seed spitting contest.
I used CTMH exclusive colors: Tulip, Clover Meadow, Daisy White, and Citrus Leaf. Of course the sketch and colors could be modified to use with a Christmas theme.
Our second layout was a BBQ theme. Using CTMH cardstock and inks in shades of Cranberry, Black, Colonial White, Daisy White, Desert Sand and Bamboo (ink only). Wouldn't this be a great layout to highlight your husband grilling that last meal you enjoyed, and tucking in the recipe he used? I hope something posted here inspires you. Happy paper crafting!! And happy July!! Peachy Heart hugs, Debbie
